Due to the dwindling hardware and OS-level support for these devices we no longer support TAPI as a notification method. We recommend using VOIP over TAPI notifications due to the ease of setup and dramatic difference in reliability between the two. If accessing a SIP server is not possible due to your system's network setup, you can still make calls through an analog line through an IP-PBX device. See our recommended voice call out devices page for more information.
