Operators can expect to have their own access code to input when receiving voice notifications from TopView.
To implement this, add a list of access codes to the Voice Calls settings. When the call is delivered, the operator will be expected to put in one of the verified access codes before they can hear the alarm message and acknowledge the alarm.
Operators can be trained to use their own code in answering the calls.
TopView will log the access code in the notification report and Alarm Actions logs so it is clear who answered the call and acknowledged the alarm.
Because the code is not tied to the contact details, this allows operators to input their own access codes even on shared on-call devices. This provides a more accurate representation of who answered the phone and acknowledged an alarm.
