Do value formats affect alarm condition evaluations?

Yes, the format set for a value in TopView sets both the value used for display and the value used for comparison against the alarm conditions set for the row. For example: a TopView row monitoring a float tag has a format for a whole number (i.e. "0"), if the row's value is "120.056", TopView will use the value "120" for comparison against the row's alarm conditions.
